The very first port of call for getting support for your project or idea is… Visible Ink of course!

Head on over to Visible Ink Valley or Visible Ink Zillmere and you can get all sorts of help, including help with grants, cheap office space, computer / internet use, printing, faxing, video cameras, digi cameras, and much more. You’ll find contact information on their pages. You can also ask the staff at these spaces to give you a hand with planning your project or event. Whether its about budgeting, event management, funding or promotion, staff are here to help. You can even ask them who else they think you need to talk to to get the idea happening. So, whether its about putting on your first festival or starting a young parents group, touch base with the Visink staff for some feedback and support. Also try the Transit Lounge, which is for young and emerging artists. They can not only hook you up with contacts and information, but can also provide free computer use, phone calls, fax, etc. Pretty awesome!
