If you’d like to participate in the holiday program, you need to fill out the participation form. You can download it here.
How to book your place
in the holiday program:
1. Fill out the participant form/s and either email youth@babi.org.au or fax to 3393 5808 (Att: Emina LINX School Holiday program).
2. Please contact Emina on 3393 4176 (ext 13) and nominate your preferred activities.
3. Your place will be booked when we receive your form/s. Due date for returning the participant form is the 5th of January 2010.
4. We will contact you to let you know what activities you’ve been booked in for.
All activities require people to meet at LINX Wynnum Youth Space first. It is located in BABI building (34 Bay Tce, Wynnum Central).
YOU MUST RETURN PARTICIPANT FORM TO US SIGNED BY PARENT/CARER IF UNDER 18.
